Q. When will the conversion take place?

A. The conversion will start at 2pm Monday, June 29, 2015 until 8am Wednesday, July 1, 2015.

Q. Will I have access to my account during the conversion?

A. No, the system will be unavailable for customer access during this time period.

Q. Will I be able to keep my existing user ID?

A. Yes, your current user ID will not change

Q.Will I need a new password?

A. Yes, upon your first time login with your current password that you used for the old version of online banking, the new system will prompt you to change that existing password to a new one.

Q. Will I be able to see all my accounts?

A.Yes, you should be able to view all accounts that were link to your online banking profile. If there is an account that needs to be link so that you may view in online banking please contact online banking customer support.

Q. How about Bill Pay History?

A. We are not changing the bill pay vendor. This will allow you to retain your bill pay history.

Q.How about my payee list and payments?

A.All of your payees will migrate over along with any recurring payments.

Q. Will my recurring online banking transfers migrate to the new platform?

A. No, unfortunately any recurring transfers established between accounts will not carryover, and will need to be re-established.

Q.  I use your telephone banking. How will that be impacted?

A. Our On-call telephone banking will not be changing or migrating along with our new online banking system.
